Good morning from Windham Mountain Club!

Overnight precipitation and mild temperatures mean the mountain is starting the day on the firmer side. Our grooming team was out late refreshing surfaces and laying down corduroy to reset trails for the morning and set things up as smoothly as possible.

Cloudy skies and temperatures holding in the mid-30s will allow conditions to gradually soften as the day goes on, making for a comfortable, cruisy midweek ride. Hard to believe we are already a full week into 2026. How are those New Year’s resolutions holding up? If more ski days was on the list, you are off to a strong start.

Snowmaking remains paused today as we focus on preserving coverage and maintaining surface quality, with colder temperatures expected to bring crews back online later this week.

Groomed terrain today includes Wanderer, Why Not, World Cup, Where’s Charlie?, Wapeka, Way to Go, Wooly Bear, Whisper Run, What’s Next, Wilbur, White Way, Willpower, Upper Wraparound, Lower Wraparound, Wall Street, Warpath Chute, Upper Warpath, Lower Warpath, Upper Wiseacres, Lower Wiseacres, Upper Whistler, Lower Whistler, Mini Wall Bypass, Upper Wall Street, Upper Wolverine, Lower Wolverine, Upper Wheelchair, Wedel, Wonderama, Windfall, and Lower Wipeout.

Lifts start spinning at 9:00 AM with Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), Wooly Bear Carpet (E), Westside Six (F), East Peak Express Quad (G), and Whisper Run Carpet (K), giving access across both peaks.

Wilbur Park remains closed today for a full rebuild, while the Mini Park stays open to keep freestyle options available.

Expect firmer turns early with improving conditions through the day. Ease into a few warm-up laps, enjoy the fresh corduroy, and settle into a relaxed Wednesday on the mountain.
