Home Sites

Windham Mountain Club has the pleasure of offering for sale, one remaining Upper Wipeout homesite, located slope-side on the Resort’s West Peak.

These building sites have direct access to novice through expert slopes, and offer spectacular views of Windham Village and the surrounding area. The sites are shovel-ready, along with water and sewer hookups, cable and more.
