Good afternoon Windham Mountain Club.

Despite today’s unfrozen precipitation, the mountain is still riding beautifully, with surfaces holding up well across the hill. Tomorrow’s temperatures will land in the mid 30s, which should keep trails soft and forgiving and make for a great start to the holiday week.

Our crews are actively building out Wilbur Park in preparation for Sunday’s Ignite the Light event. Shaping is underway and the park team is dialing things in as we get ready to welcome riders looking to work on park progression and celebrate the first Wilbur Park event of the season.

Looking ahead to tomorrow, grooming efforts are setting the stage for a strong holiday kickoff. Trails scheduled to be groomed include Why Not, Way to Go, Wooly Bear, Whisper Run, What’s Next, White Way, Upper and Lower Wraparound, Wall Street, Upper Wiseacres, Upper and Lower Whistler, Mini Wall Bypass, the Wall, Upper and Lower Wolverine, Wide Connection, Windfall, Lower Wipeout, and Warm up.

We will be running C (Wonderama Express Quad), D (Whiteway Express Quad), F (Westside Six), E (Wooly Bear Carpet), K, L, M (Whisper Run Carpet), and G (East Peak Express Quad) tomorrow, providing solid access across the mountain.

Snowmaking is scheduled to fire back up Sunday at noon as temperatures allow. Unfortunately, we will not be blowing snow tonight due to muddy water in our reserves, and nobody wants brown snow. Thanks for bearing with us as we wait for conditions to improve.

All dining locations will be open tomorrow, making it a great day to kick off the holiday week with a tasting tour around the resort. We’ll see you out there tomorrow for soft turns, fresh grooming, and good energy across the mountain.
