A Monday-Friday Pass for local and small business owners and their employees in the town of Windham.

WAJ Pass

Complimentary pass for students of WAJ Central School.

Pass Information

Summit Series Blackout Dates & Information
  • Monday – Friday Pass: Valid Monday through Friday, excluding December 28, 2026, to January 1, 2027; Monday, January 18, 2027, and Monday, February 15, 2027.
  • Hometown Heroes Pass: Offered to active/retired military personnel, firefighters, police, and registered nursesValid Monday through Friday, excluding December 28, 2026, to January 1, 2027; Monday, January 18, 2027, and Monday, February 15, 2027. Must show proof of license and employment ID.
  • Local Area Business Pass: For local and small business owners and their employees in the town of WindhamValid Monday through Friday, excluding December 28, 2026, to January 1, 2027; Monday, January 18, 2027, and Monday, February 15, 2027. Must show proof of pay stub or business owner approval.
Pass Policies
  • The Summit Series Passes do not come with any additional pass benefits.

 

All purchases are final and non-transferable; passes may not be shared or loaned to other individuals or parties under any circumstances. Any attempt to share or fraudulently use a pass will be considered theft of services. Passholders found in violation of this policy will have their privileges immediately revoked. Fines will be charged and any second violations will result in termination of your pass. 

Unauthorized instruction is strictly prohibited. Offering ski or snowboard lessons or coaching of any kind for compensation without being employed and authorized by WMC is not permitted. Only approved team members and certified instructors operating through WMC may provide instruction on the property.

No refunds, credits, or substitutions of any kind will be issued if you fail to use or take possession of your season pass or for any other reason.

Season Passes must be secured in a pocket or sleeve on the left side of your person while skiing or snowboarding. 

Pass Protection

Season Pass Protection

We understand that life is full of surprises and sometimes it’s out of your hands. Windham Mountain Club Pass Protection coverage offers credit or reimbursement for the pro-rated cost of the unused portion of your qualifying Windham Mountain Club season pass. Pass Protection is not transferable or refundable. If you do not accept Windham Mountain Club Pass Protection, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit toward your next season pass purchase and understand that passes are not transferable. Windham Mountain Club Pass Protection is available for a small, fixed cost at the time of pass purchase.

 

  • Double Diamond Adult/Youth/70+/College: $99
  • Double Diamond 6 & Under: $59
  • Summit Series: $59

The program must be purchased in conjunction with your season pass in the same transaction. If you become medically unable to ski or ride, or if you are transferred out of the area (300 miles or more) due to employment, a credit toward your next season pass will be determined based on the following pro-rated schedule. Refunds will not be given unless you will be unable to ski or ride in the future. Only injured pass holder qualifies.

 

Pro-rated Schedule for Season Pass Credits and Refunds

Prior to December 1, up to 100% 

December up to 75% 

January up to 50% 

February up to 25% 

 

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO MARCH 1, 2027.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A CREDIT OR REFUND? 

Please provide all three of the following documents so that we can process your request. 

  1. Letter requesting a credit or refund within 30 days of incident. Please include first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, and a brief explanation of why you are unable to use your pass. 
  1. Either a doctor’s letter on official letterhead stating the reason for non participation and date of onset, or a letter from your employer on official letterhead certifying a transfer and an effective date. 
  1. Your Season Pass.

You may bring these documents to the Tickets and Passes Desk in The Lodge at Windham Mountain Club or mail them.

Credit towards future season pass purchase: 

If a credit is granted, we will apply the cred it to the guest account. Credits are non transferable and may only be used for the next season’s pass purchase. You will be responsible for any difference in price. 

Refunds: 

If original payment for your season pass was by cash or check, and you are granted a refund, a check will be issued through our Accounts Payable department (allow 2-3 weeks). If original payment for your season pass was by credit card, the amount of refund will be credited to your credit card. You need to provide us with your credit card information in order for us to process the refund. 

Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a welcoming and safe environment for all members, passholders, guests, and team members. Every individual on our property is expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism at all times. 

Members, passholders, and guests must treat team members and our facilities with respect as well as each other. Team members are expected to always model the highest standard of professionalism and integrity. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.

WMC is continually investing in creating the best experience for our community by supporting our members, passholders, guests, team members, and partners. In return, we expect those who engage with WMC to act in good faith and support the organization and its mission. Public disparagement or intent to damage the reputation of WMC goes against our brand.

We have the right to refuse service, revoke privileges, suspend or terminate Membership, or remove any individual who does not uphold these standards.
