To ensure an elevated, uncrowded experience for all, the Peak Ascent package will be available in limited quantities each season. We invite you to take advantage of this exclusive offer and immerse yourself in the unparalleled luxury and sense of adventure that defines Windham Mountain Club.
For inquiries or to reserve your Peak Ascent, we welcome you to connect with our dedicated Membership Team, who can assist in crafting your bespoke Windham Mountain Club journey.
- A 50% lodging deposit and 100% deposit for all other package components (lift tickets, lessons, etc) will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is made.
- The balance of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- Any reservations altered or cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival (14 days during Holiday periods) will receive a refund of the deposit less 20%. This fee will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be credited back to the credit card on file. Alternatively, the guest may elect to roll over the full deposit for a period of up to six months from the cancellation date without penalty for use with a future lodging or package reservation. If the credit balance remains unused through this six-month period, it shall be forfeited in full. Any reservations altered or cancelled within 7 days of your arrival (14 days during Holiday periods) will forfeit the deposit in full. In the event that a guest cancels on the arrival date; does not show for their room; arrives after the confirmed date; departs before the date of departure, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.
