Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get to Cin Cin! ?

Guests are transported from the base area to Cin Cin! by the Whiteway Express Quad chairlift. To get to the base of the chairlift, guests are encouraged to take a motorized sled, indicated by the pickup sign in the base lodge breezeway, accessible from the top parking lot.

Can I visit Cin Cin! if I’m not skiing or snowboarding?

Yes. Sled transport is not available for guests to the base of the chairlift during normal mountain operating hours, so boots are highly recommended for individuals to walk to the base of the Whiteway Express Quad chairlift.

Do I need a lift ticket to visit Cin Cin! ?

No.

Can I just go to the bar for a drink?

Yes. Ordering food at the bar is based on availability and guests may inquire at the Cin Cin! host stand.

If I visit Cin Cin! while skiing or snowboarding, am I allowed to stay at the restaurant or bar after the slopes have closed for the day?

Guests in skiing or snowboarding boots must be prepared to leave the restaurant by 3:45 PM in order to be off the mountain by lift closing time ( 4:00 PM).

What should I wear to dine at Cin Cin!

Cin Cin! is an upscale dining experience located mid-mountain on the slopes of Windham Mountain Club. For the most amount of comfort while riding the chairlift, we encourage guests to wear winter outerwear and footwear suitable for walking on snow. Blankets are available for guests during the chairlift ride. Boots are recommended over heels or regular shoes.

Are infants allowed on the chairlift?

Infants and children under the age of 2 (Two) will only be allowed on the lift in a baby harness (Like a BabyBjorn or similar) to access Cin Cin! Guests accompanied by children under the age of 2 (Two) without a proper carrying harness will be turned away at the lift due to safety considerations. No alternative method of transportation is available. Children must be at least 42″ tall to ride the lift unaccompanied.
