Conditions Wednesday December 24th - 7:30 AM
Today is Christmas Eve, and the mountain is wrapped in full holiday spirit. Mostly cloudy skies and a crisp breeze set the scene for a classic winter day on snow. Temperatures start around 31 degrees and ease into the upper 20s through the afternoon, with a high near 33. Northwest winds at 20 to 30 mph keep things feeling wintry, so think cozy layers, rosy cheeks, and that extra appreciation for every warm chairlift ride.
Lifts spinning today include the Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), Wooly Bear Carpet (E), Westside Six (F), East Peak Express Quad (G), and the Whisper Run Carpet (M), giving you plenty of chances to sneak in a few festive laps before the evening celebrations begin.
Grooming stayed consistent overnight, with everything that was groomed yesterday refreshed again for today.
In terrain park news, the Mini Wall Bypass Park has been removed, and Wilbur Park is fully set with 11 features ready to go. Whether you’re cruising, progressing, or just soaking up the vibe, Wilbur is bringing plenty of cheer today.
With more snow in the forecast this week, it’s starting to feel like winter has a few more presents lined up for us all. Thanks for spending part of your Christmas Eve with us on the mountain, and enjoy every festive turn.
