Good afternoon skiers and snowboarders!

What a fun-filled day on the mountain! From early laps to those last-chair turns, it was great to see everyone out enjoying the mountain and making the most out of the day! As the mountain gets its beauty sleep tonight, our crews are just getting started behind the scenes to prep for everything for another great day ahead.

Tonight, our grooming crew will be working across Wanderer, Warpath, Wiseacres, Wraparound, Why Not, along with other trails sprinkled in, to keep the winter momentum rolling. Expect smooth, corduroy-ready surfaces and laid-back riding for tomorrow's laps on the mountain.

Our snowmaking crew will also be hard at work as conditions allow, focusing on Wolf's Prey, Lower Wheelchair, and more to continue building our winter wonderland for the week ahead!

Thanks for spending your MLK Jr. Day on the mountain with us! We appreciate everyone who came out to ride, cruise, and carve. We are looking forward to welcoming you back tomorrow for fresh turns, smooth surfaces, and more mountain fun. SKI you later!

Just over two hours from the concrete jungle of NYC and under an hour from Albany, Windham Mountain greets arriving visitors with Catskills comfort and big-mountain amenities. Less time in the car means more time on the slopes.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Exit 21 on I-87/New York State Thruway, we are 23 miles on state highway Route 23W (which is a well-maintained route all year round).

GETTING HERE BY BUS

Adirondack Trailways also runs from Port Authority to the Windham bus stop. If you’re staying at the Winwood Inn and Condominiums, we‘ll send our shuttle to pick you up at the Windham bus stop.

Amtrak operates daily between NYC’s Penn Station and Hudson, NY– a 40 minute drive from Windham Mountain. Make a rental car reservation through Enterprise and they’ll meet you at the station.
