March 5 - 3:00PM

Good morning skier and snowboarders!

March has arrived and, as the saying goes, it comes in like a lion. Today’s version is a friendly one though, bringing mild temps and soft turns across the mountain. Expect cloudy skies with the chance of some mixed winter precipitation and temperatures climbing into the mid 30s. With a high around 36°F and light southeast winds, conditions will be wet granular, giving you that softer, forgiving surface that makes for smooth cruising.

We’ve got six lifts spinning today from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Westside Six (F), Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), East Peak Express Quad (G), Wooly Bear Carpet (E), and Willpower (K).

Our grooming team was out overnight refreshing terrain across the mountain, so there are plenty of fresh stripes waiting this morning. If you’re looking for those smooth corduroy turns, check out favorites like Whiteway, Wonderama, World Cup, Wanderer, Windfall, Whistler, Wolverine, Wraparound, Warm Up, and Warpath for some classic top-to-bottom cruising.

And a quick reminder: the 26/27 Pass and Program Sale starts today and runs through March 8, offering the best rates of the year to lock in next winter.

Grab a shell, enjoy the softer snow, and make the most of a classic early March day on the mountain. We’ll see you out there!

Master every discipline.

Our signature All-Mountain program is for athletes ages 8-18 years-old (birth year 2018 – 2009) who are looking to explore all aspects of skiing at Windham Mountain Club. The curriculum includes opportunities to enhance your racing skills, dive into new tricks in our freestyle parks, tackle bumps, and ski the whole mountain with less focus on competition and more focus on free skiing. Athletes can opt into a group that best supports their motivations and goals, with training tailored to each group’s needs. Athletes in this program will have the opportunity to participate in in-house events throughout the season. This program is perfect for athletes looking to improve their skills and build lifelong friendships on the mountain.
