Good morning party people!

We are officially past the midweek hump and tracking a massive weekend vibe. With over 230 acres of terrain open and more on the way, the mountain is primed and ready for you to get after it with over 230 acres of skiable terrain open for shredding! Here’s what’s in store:

It’s all about that packed powder feel. You’ve got a sweet, soft layer on top that’s perfect for loading up your edges, with a firm hardpack base underneath to keep things moving. Thanks to the grooming team, check out wide-open groomers running summit-to-base, perfect for big carves to warm up the legs. Once you’re ready to work a little harder, hit up Wildcat and Wall for some ungroomed, more technical surface. Wildcat is open with some signature swales to make you feel like you’re schussing through the trees (and check out one of the best views of town on the mountain!). Ski Patrol is assessing Wolf’s Prey this morning; we’re looking to add it to the tally but check back later to see if we got the green light.

We’ll be spinning the Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), Wooly Bear Carpet (E), Westside Six (F), East Peak Express Quad (G), and the Willpower Triple (K) today.

Snowmaking crew is hitting up Lower Wheelchair and Wolf’s Prey and will switch to Wicked when resources allow. Stay tuned.

As a reminder, Park Crew is out working hard in Lower Warpath to prep for a weekend bordercross training, so that trail will remain closed today while they get things setup.

Temps rise slightly this morning, but things are staying classically cold. For the weekend, we’re staring down an arctic outbreak this weekend, with models calling for a significant storm system Sunday into Monday. This is your sign to pull a sick day and run back another stellar three-day weekend, eh? The mountain is calling!
