Good morning from Windham Mountain Club!

We are off to another cold winter weekend, and that cold is doing exactly what we want it to do. With all 54 trails open, the mountain is locked in and skiing beautifully from top to bottom. Today’s low temperatures are keeping the snow in top form, preserving coverage and setting the stage for lap after lap of confident turns. Expect partly cloudy skies, a high near 14°F, light west-northwest winds at 5 to 10 mph, and dry conditions that keep everything riding firm and reliable. Winter showed up and chose responsibility.

All lifts are scheduled to be running today, giving you full access across the mountain. Expect the Wonderama Express Quad (C), Whiteway Express Quad (D), Wooly Bear Carpet (E), Westside Six (F), East Peak Express Quad (G), Willpower Triple (K), and the Whisper Run Carpet (M) to be spinning and ready to move you wherever your legs feel like going.

Our grooming team was out overnight laying down corduroy on some all-time favorites, setting the stage for firm, fast, edge-friendly skiing. Look for smooth turns on groomed staples like Whistler, Wiseacres, Warpath, Wraparound, Windfall, Wonderama, Wolverine, and across the East Peak, along with beginner classics including Whiteway, Wooly Bear, Wanderer, Where’s Charlie, and What’s Next. Early laps will be crisp and rewarding, especially for skis and boards that like a solid edge and know how to behave on firm snow.

With cold temps holding strong, surfaces will stay consistent throughout the day and reward a confident approach. Layer up so you stay warm enough to keep chasing turns, because going inside too early is the real tragedy here.

Après kicks off at 1:00 pm on the Patio, bringing the energy up just in time for a midday break or a well-earned victory lap.
